RX Heavy: Applied to the skin-facing side of the legs, this brushed warp-knit fabric has been developed to provide exceptional comfort, wick moisture, add high levels of insulation, and remain extremely flexible. 290g/m2, ECO water-repellent, and odorControl.
NEOS Ultra: Added as a second layer along the leg panels, it’s a patented 2L windproof and highly breathable softshell constructed with a PU bonded membrane for added water-repellency. Weight: 190g/m2; Breathability: MVP 44,500g/m2/24h; Water Column: >10,000mm; Elasticity: 4-way stretch.
twinDeck: Double-layer fabric construction boosts insulation using a combination of NEOS Ultra and RX Heavy textiles.
RX Light: Lightweight, asymmetrical-stretch warp-knit fabric developed to provide light insulation and boost comfort on the backs of the knees. 205g/m2, ECO water-repellent, and odorControl.
MILLE Winter Insert: The MILLE elastic interface insert, evolved. New black colorway, and our proven 8mm of memory foam, this insert is nestled at the intersection between comfort and performance.
3D waffle: A patented, three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.

En primer lugar, comenzamos utilizando el mismo tejido cepillado RX Heavy altamente aislante que se utiliza en nuestros culottes largos con tirantes para invierno, pero esta vez añadiendo una segunda capa en el exterior para lograr una mayor protección. Para este diseño twinDeck, hemos añadido nuestro tejido NEOS Ultra, un material ultrafino de doble capa y tipo soft shell que incorpora una membrana de poliuretano resistente al agua y al viento, para garantizar que la parte de las piernas y los glúteos se mantengan protegidos frente a cualquier elemento, ya sea nieve, lluvia, viento o bajas temperaturas. Al igual que en los culottes largos con tirantes para invierno, el tejido RX Light recubre la parte trasera de las piernas para ofrecer una mayor transpirabilidad y confort en esta zona de gran flexibilidad.
El diseño utilizado para los culottes Ultraz ha sido el corte regularFit, que ofrece un ligero ajuste junto con un sistema de doble capa, aunque no resulta tan ajustado como otras prendas de corte racingFit. Los paneles de tejido se encuentran estratégicamente situados para que se flexionen con cada pedaleo, ya que vienen predeterminados y cosidos para recubrir y proteger con totalidad la parte superior de las piernas, las rodillas y las pantorrillas mientras el cuerpo está en movimiento. En cuanto a la badana, se trata del modelo MILLE para invierno de eficacia comprobada que está estratégicamente cosida con costuras invertidas únicamente en una capa de tejido RX, de manera que ofrece una sensación de máxima suavidad en contacto con la piel.
